Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum AI integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential for 10x impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D hubs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Secure funding and resources for high-potential initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in senior leadership
- Proven track record in scaling innovation programs to market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio of launched innovations generating $50M+ revenue
