- Mentor talent in future-tech methodologies and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes impacting 2026 product horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with proven 5+ year strategic planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and partnerships
