Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or future technologies
- Proven track record launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong background in managing innovation budgets >$10M
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Fluency in at least two languages for global collaboration
