- Drive adoption of decentralized governance models in corporate R&D
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused metrics
- Champion ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with proven 10-year horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
- Executive presence with board-level communication skills
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with tech focus
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech ethics
