- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and stakeholders securing $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Mentor a diverse team of 10+ innovators while fostering a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ years market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI governance, biotech integration)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with innovation focus
- Experience securing $3M+ budgets for experimental projects
