Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 R&D labs
- Drive patent strategy securing 15+ annual IP filings in emerging tech domains
- Present innovation blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior innovators through Horizon's Future Leaders program
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with multi-million dollar innovation budgets and P&L management
