Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, quantum applications, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with exponential growth potential
- Design scalable innovation frameworks for rapid R&D iteration and commercialization
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture labs
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or space tech
- Certified Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
