Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives at partner organizations
- Curate annual FutureWorks Summit showcasing 2026-ready innovations
- Build proprietary forecasting models using predictive analytics
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in futures studies, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record launching products/services with 3+ year lead times
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 future-focused projects launched
