Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate theoretical concepts into scalable business models
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovation partners including startups, academia, and industry consortiums
- Champion a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP) or strategy frameworks
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
