Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligning with client business objectives and market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state scenarios and strategic priorities
- Design and implement agile innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation strategy team
- Drive sustainability and ESG integration into all innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, management consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical contexts
