Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging markets
- Produce forward-looking reports on societal impacts of automation and biotechnology
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Advise executive leadership on strategic investments in future-proof technologies
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism domains
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
