Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era AI frameworks and ethical governance protocols
- Architect scalable solutions for climate modeling and personalized healthcare using quantum computing
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government agencies (DARPA, NSF)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
- Monitor emerging tech trends (brain-computer interfaces, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering (15+ years experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with neuro-symbolic AI and federated learning systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- US security clearance or ability to obtain one
