Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Manage High-Impact Projects: Oversee the lifecycle of complex technology implementations from concept to deployment.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Inspire and manage diverse teams of engineers, data scientists, and strategists to drive innovation.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Analyze global tech shifts to identify new opportunities for competitive advantage and growth.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools to optimize operational efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, including cloud architecture, machine learning, and automation.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, multi-faceted problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
