Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with company vision
- Manage cross-functional project teams from ideation to prototyping
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or product development
- Proven track record leading complex tech initiatives (min. 3 years at director level)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) preferred
