- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership papers on the future of work and human-AI symbiosis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record in emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and design-thinking environments
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with 50+ speaking engagements
- Published work on technological disruption or future-of-work scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
