Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in corporate innovation or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching successful disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
