Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)

- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market

- Strong financial acumen for innovation portfolio management
