Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and societal shifts
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate foresight insights into executive-ready strategic frameworks and business cases
- Build and maintain expert networks across academic, industry, and policy spheres
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing commercialized innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Credibility in executive-level strategic communication and influence
