- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligned with market trends and technological forecasts

- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Manage annual $5M+ innovation budget with agile resource allocation
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation incubation team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in futurism or long-term forecasting
- Proven experience with emerging technologies and market disruption analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong background in P&L management and budget oversight
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation
