Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-2030 technology adoption across verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/IoT convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging disruptive technologies
- Establish innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment and sustainability
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation portfolios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor internal talent through future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent certification
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech initiatives
