Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures targeting 10,000+ qubits by 2026
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead patent development in quantum materials and cryogenic engineering
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
- Mentor quantum algorithms team in Python/C++ optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware or superconducting circuit design
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum coherence or error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulators
- Experience with cryogenic engineering below 10mK temperatures
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models to physical prototypes
