- Coordinate multi-modal transportation networks serving 10,000+ athletes and staff
- Manage vendor relationships for sustainable supply chains and equipment deployment
- Implement real-time tracking systems for inventory and asset management
- Lead cross-functional crisis response protocols for operational disruptions
- Optimize resource allocation across 200+ concurrent events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in large-scale event logistics or supply chain management
- Proven experience with Olympic/World Cup-scale projects
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma or PMP required
- Expertise in sustainable logistics practices and green supply chains
- Fluency in Spanish and Mandarin preferred
- Proficient in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Ability to manage budgets exceeding $50M
