- Collaborate with international stakeholders, sponsors, and government bodies.
- Oversee budget adherence and resource allocation for operational departments.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in large-scale event management, project operations, or sports administration.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and diverse teams.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in the Los Angeles area or major metropolitan hubs preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
