Job Description
Join Nexus Future Tech as our Lead 2026 Protocol Developer and help define the standard for next-generation decentralized infrastructure. We are pioneering the "2026 Protocol"βa revolutionary framework designed to bridge the gap between current blockchain capabilities and the high-speed, low-latency demands of autonomous AI agents.
In this role, you will architect scalable consensus mechanisms and design secure data transmission layers that can handle the massive computational load of tomorrow's intelligent systems. You will work at the critical intersection of cryptography, high-performance computing, and AI optimization.
Are you ready to build the backbone of the future? Apply today.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement core components of the 2026 Protocol, ensuring high availability, security, and fault tolerance.
- Optimize transaction throughput and latency for sub-millisecond processing times in high-volume environments.
- Develop smart contract libraries tailored specifically for autonomous AI agent interactions and machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to future-proof cryptographic standards against emerging threats.
- Lead technical code reviews and mentor junior developers in distributed systems engineering best practices.
- Define technical roadmaps for the evolution of the 2026 Protocol ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in distributed systems, peer-to-peer networking, or blockchain development.
- Deep understanding of cryptographic primitives, consensus algorithms (e.g., DAG, Sharding, PBFT), and zero-knowledge proofs.
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, or C++ with a specific focus on memory safety and high-performance systems.
- Experience integrating AI models with high-throughput data pipelines and real-time processing engines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
