Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI models with 99.9% fault tolerance
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerators
- Author peer-reviewed publications for Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready quantum-AI solutions
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) with 1000+ model deployments
- Published research in quantum machine learning or top-tier AI conferences
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
