Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and computer scientists
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with NASA and MIT on quantum-optimized space exploration algorithms
- Create patent-pending quantum hardware-software integration methodologies
- Present breakthrough research at Davos and IEEE Quantum Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy validation metrics
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems at mK temperatures
- Track record of securing >$10M in quantum research grants
