Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS + 5 years experience)
- 3+ years building quantum circuits on real quantum hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
