Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software release lifecycle for the 2026 platform, ensuring stability and speed.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to troubleshoot and resolve release blockers.
- Drive the adoption of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to enhance portability.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices for deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Deep knowledge of Linux systems administration and containerization.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their specific release tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to technical debt management.
