Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core features for the 2026 Platform, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployment cycles.
- Conduct technical research and stay ahead of industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on product development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable microservices architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
