Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive trends by 2026
- Create scenario-plaking frameworks for clients across fintech, healthcare, and climate tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops on strategic foresight and innovation roadmapping
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics models for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and market entry strategies
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and client board meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for market disruption
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation journals
