Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-cultural shifts
- Produce scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future vision
- Identify and assess disruptive opportunities for market expansion
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Establish KPIs to track strategic initiative progress
- Maintain a competitive intelligence database for future-proofing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
