As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term corporate strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and socioeconomic shifts to forecast industry developments through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies and market disruptions
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging product ecosystems and service innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and implementation
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and predictive analytics models
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience to C-level executives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or relevant industry credential
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
