Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-cultural trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models to assess strategic implications of future developments
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on disruptive forces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused corporate strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
