Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant field
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI)
- Experience scaling startups from concept to IPO
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on future-focused initiatives
