Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology convergence (AI, quantum, biotech) to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop predictive models for societal and industry transformation
- Design adaptive strategy frameworks for volatile futures
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Produce horizon-scan reports for R&D pipeline prioritization
- Build cross-functional futures literacy programs
- Monitor weak signals and disruption indicators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published work on exponential technology impact (2020-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Demonstrated experience advising C-suite on transformation
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ futures-execution case studies
