Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market needs
- Present foresight insights to C-suite and board through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners
- Drive organizational culture of future-readiness through workshops and training
- Quantify future opportunities and risks using predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
