Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop 5-10 year strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to identify disruptive opportunities and investment priorities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with global stakeholders to align on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on industry evolution
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite executives on market disruption and transformation
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) designation or equivalent
