- Partner with R&D to identify breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year commercialization horizons
- Create executive-ready trend briefings and strategic roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Champion agile methodologies for long-term strategic planning and adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic implementation
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
