Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify strategic opportunities and threats for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic models simulating potential futures across 5 industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports with quantitative trend forecasts and qualitative impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market gaps identified through trend analysis
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and quantitative trend modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented
