Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Design scenario-planning models to prepare for alternative futures and build organizational resilience
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, innovation labs, and global futurist networks
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future possibilities across the organization
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development, market expansion, and investment strategies
- Mentor innovation teams to cultivate future-oriented mindsets and capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in technological forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and socio-economic trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic foresight projects
