Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for executive leadership
- Lead scenario planning workshops with global stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Author and publish trend reports on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or thought leadership in tech/societal futures
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant technical field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
