Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks guiding R&D investments and product roadmaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed future intelligence into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact scenario reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging sectors
- Build and steward a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal foresight workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy and product innovation
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC from APF) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
