Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to develop strategic 2026-2030 roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional foresight initiatives with engineering, policy, and product teams
- Author predictive intelligence reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic frameworks at global forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related discipline
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term technological roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
