Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to translate future insights into actionable roadmaps
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technologies and societal megatrends
- Design and implement predictive analytics models for market evolution and consumer behavior
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry innovators
- Advose C-suite clients on investment strategies for 2026-relevant innovation portfolios
- Lead the creation of our annual 'Future State' forecast publication
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
