Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion human-centered design principles in future-state product/service development
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Build and nurture external partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with commercial potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts
- Experience building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
