- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce executive-grade trend analysis reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a robust foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field required
- Demonstrated success in translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, systems thinking)
