- Architect future-state scenarios for C-suite decision-making across 5 vertical industries
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Publish thought leadership frameworks on exponential technologies and their market implications
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining external partnerships with academic institutions
- Translate complex foresight outputs into executable business strategies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
