Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate resilience
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning documents for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and government innovation bodies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor emerging signals from geopolitical, technological, and socio-cultural domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent expertise
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major strategic implementations from foresight work
