- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching cutting-edge solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder engagement and business case development
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration through agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation, R&D, or strategic planning with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future-trend analysis (AI, Web3, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience securing >$3M in innovation funding or venture capital
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) or equivalent
