- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal advocacy and change management
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for maximum ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services targeting future markets (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
